Corporate Experience is a suite of benefits on all American-operated domestic and international flights to make travel more convenient for customers traveling through a corporate contract. Customers will enjoy priority privileges, complimentary preferred seats and disruption recovery.
2How do travelers use these benefits?
Any customer traveling as part of their corporate travel agreement will enjoy these benefits while they’re traveling on American as long as their company’s unique identifier is entered in the booking. Please visit our SalesLink® platform for additional ticketing instructions.
3Do the benefits apply to all travelers on a corporate agreement or does a travel manager have to pick and choose when to use them?
These benefits apply to all travelers on a corporate agreement.
4How do travelers select their preferred seats?
The process for selecting seats varies based on technology partners:
  • Modern retailing technology (NDC) — seats can be selected at time of booking within authorized booking channels when available, or after ticketing on aa.com or the American app
  • Legacy channels — seats can be selected after ticketing on aa.com or the American app
5For disruption recovery, what action do travelers need to take during irregular operations?
No action is needed on the traveler’s end, prioritization will happen automatically.
6How do corporate benefits work when traveling on American's Joint Business partners?
These Corporate Experience benefits are for travel on American-operated flights. We will work with our Joint Business partners to further align these benefits in 2025 and beyond.
